FEELINGS
How are you feeling today?

Here are a few things you can do when big feelings are in your heart:
- run or jog
- jump up and down
- talk to someone
- throw something soft
- play ball
- scream into a pillow
- punch a pillow
- make a picture
- write a story
- cry
- sing
- …
A. Can you think of any other possibilities? What do you usually do to express or control your feelings?
